Are you trying to use your computer but you cannot access the internet? You’ve turned off the wifi box, you’ve turned your computer on and off, you’ve tried every possible method you can think of, where could you have gone wrong you wonder? Well, today I will guide you through a quick fix to one of the most frustrating issues.

One of the most common issues for not having an internet connection is the device being in Flight mode. Flight mode disables all radios in the device, including Bluetooth and WiFi; follow the guide below to disable flight mode.

1. Left-click the icon in the bottom right of the screen

2. Then you’ll need to left-click the icon, this will disable flight mode.

Now, your computer will have access to radio connections and will be able to connect to WiFi again. If this has not solved your internet connection problem you will need to bring it to us so we can do a more thorough inspection of the device, to find the source of the connection issue.
